I understand that reaching out for therapy or hypnotherapy can feel like a big step. Many of the people I work with come feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with their sense of self-worth.

I'm a qualified hypnotherapist, and I work in a way that is collaborative and tailored to you as an individual. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I take time to listen, understand your experiences, and work at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
My particular areas of interest include anxiety, stress, and self-worth. I'm especially mindful of how past experiences, patterns, and inner beliefs can shape how we feel in the present. Using hypnotherapy alongside therapeutic conversation, I support clients to develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of confidence and self-compassion for lasting change.
Before moving into therapeutic work, I spent over 20 years in corporate leadership roles within banking, where I worked closely with people at many different stages of their careers. Much of my work involved supporting others through change, challenge, and personal development, as well as coaching individuals to grow in confidence and capability.
This experience continues to shape how I work therapeutically particularly in understanding stress, self-worth, and the impact of expectations we place on ourselves and that others place on us.
