My approach

I'm a qualified hypnotherapist offering a calm, supportive space where you can slow things down and begin to understand what's really going on. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach - instead, I take time to listen and work at a pace that feels safe.

Before moving into therapy, I spent over 20 years in corporate leadership within banking, supporting people through change, challenge, and personal development. This continues to shape how I work particularly around stress, self-worth, and the expectations we place on ourselves.
